Can deposits be made on services? +

Yes. Some services allow deposits, which can be made via invoice or through our booking app. The remaining balance is due before or at the time of your appointment.

Why are these items priced higher if they're second-hand? +

Each piece is carefully curated and priced based on its style, quality, and the expertise that goes into sourcing and styling it. Our pricing is comparable to other reputable online thrift and resale platforms such as Depop, Poshmark, and curated vintage boutiques.

Can I reschedule my appointment? +

Yes. You may reschedule one time using your original deposit. If you do not reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Do you offer shipping? +

Yes. We offer U.S. and international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

Can I pick up my order locally? +

Yes. Local pickup is available in Oak Park, MI. The exact pickup address will be provided once your order has been processed. We schedule pickups Monday–Sunday by appointment, and we'll contact you to arrange a time.

How do I book a styling service? +

You can book a styling session directly through our online scheduler. Click here to book your styling service .

Do you take custom requests or personal shopping orders? +

Yes. You can request this by booking a virtual styling session.

  • iOS users: Book via the OUIshopp app.
  • Android users: Book virtual styling via Zoom
What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit? +

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. While we can't guarantee refunds for lost items, we do our best to ensure every order is safely packaged and insured when applicable.
